I have been going to Kelly for more then 5 years and she has been amazing every single visit. She is always accommodating and great to work with. She started with doing my lashes, which I loved. They lasted for a long time and her classic set always had a wisp to it and I was beyond happy with this style. She also did my powder brow service last year and they are amazing. I am so happy with them and I always get so many compliments. The shape is amazing and she has proven to deliver nothing short or perfection. If you are thinking of going to her for any services, please go. You will be beyond satisfied with her. She cares about her client’s happiness and it shows in her work.

I've passed this building dozens of times without realizing The Beauty Pro was here. I called to inquire about eyebrow waxing and Kelly was able to get me in that day. She was very nice and I was in and out in no time. My brows look great!

The BeautyPro is a one-stop shop for all your beauty and self-care services. I've been going to Kelly for quite some time for my brow threading and she always leaves me feeling beautiful! She is very attentive, flexible, and accommodating. Not to mention the salon is a fresh, clean, and woman-empowering aesthetic. A great addition to the Blackrock community!

I’ve been coming here for at least a year now and Stephanie does such a great job at waxing and really wants to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for! I’ve done my eyebrows, sideburns, Brazilian and arm pits. She’s amazing at it all! I recently came here and got my lashes done by Kelly for my wedding and they lasted all through out my honey moon and looked SO beautiful and natural. Highly recommend coming here!!!

I had my previously microbladed brows touched up by Kelly. She suggested a few different options but ultimately we decided on powdered brows. She explained the entire process and made the whole experience so easy! They turned out absolutely beautiful too. Highly recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such an amazing experience with Arch and Beam in Buffalo NY. She has done my eyelash extensions and just recently my powder brows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My lashes always look full and natural, and my brows are perfectly shaped and soft—exactly the “no-makeup makeup” look I wanted. She takes so much time to explain everything and makes sure the style fits your face instead of doing a one-size-fits-all look. The studio is clean, comfortable, and professional, and I always feel relaxed during my appointments. I especially loved how detailed she was with my powder brow/microshading—the color match and shape enhanced my natural features without looking harsh at all. If you’re looking for eyelash extensions, lash fills, powder brows, or permanent makeup in Buffalo I highly recommend Arch and Beam! She truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes or brows!

Last month I was on the search for a new place to get threaded. I found BeautyPro on Google and conveniently booked a same-day appt for the evening. The salon is modern and clean. I met Stephanie for the first time last month and was threaded by her for my eyebrows, lip, and chin. Stephanie took the time to hold up a mirror and explain to me the vision that she had for my brows. I was shocked by the suggestions because most threading salons around the area, the artists barely even speak to me. I immediately felt confident about Stephanie when she suggested this individualized plan for my brow shape. On my way out I booked a facial with Stephanie, attended that about a week later. It was a relaxing experience. My skin was glowing after with some purging and Stephanie set the expectation for. I have acne prone skin. I explained the products I use as well as asking for an opinion on what products she recommends. Today, I was running late and I spoke to Kelly on the phone who was reassuring and kind! I tried waxing with Stephanie today and it was even better than the threading. I see a difference in my natural brows already. Can't wait for my facial next week.
